* "Detailed" is considered any background that involves some type of perspective or in-depth stylization work, backgrounds with a few textures or colors that are quick to make are included for free.

Terms of Service
Payment must be done before we start.
Commissions are mostly for Personal Use only. If Commercial Use is needed, you'll be encouraged to specify which use you'll give to it. Although it can be a rare case, Commercial Use can add an extra fee to the final price depending on the context.
Full refunds will exist if the drawing has not been started. If I already started working on it, the amount of money refunded will be determined by the percentage of work that is already been done, or by the equivalent amount specified on the Price Table from the Commission Chart.
If the buyer wants to make a considerable change after the sketch has already been approved by them, there will be an additional fee starting from 15% of the order's price. The value of this fee will rise depending on the complexity of the modification the buyer is asking for.
Delivery time can be about 7 to 14 days from the start of the drawing. This estimate can and will vary depending on the amount of work and to do's that I can have, specially during my univesity's exam period.
The buyer has every right to request a full refund of their money if more than 45 days have passed since the initial payment and no progress has been made. This will not be the case if the buyer stopped contacting me on purpose.

Las Comisiones generalmente son para Uso Personal, si se requiere de Uso Comercial, se deberá especificar. Aunque puede ser un caso raro, dependiendo del contexto esto puede incluir una tarifa adicional.
Se efectuará un reembolso completo solo si el pedido aún no ha sido empezado. De ser este el caso, la cantidad de dinero reembolsado será determinada por el porcentaje de trabajo ya realizado, o por el equivalente especificado en la Tabla de Precios del Cuadro de Comisiones.
Si el comprador quiere realizar un cambio considerable luego de que el boceto ya fue aprobado con anterioridad, deberá pagar una tarifa adicional cuyo valor empezará desde el 10% del precio total de la orden. El valor final de esta tarifa será determinada por la complejidad de la modificación que el comprador pueda solicitar.
La entrega se efectuará normalmente entre 7 a 14 dÃas desde el inicio del trabajo. Este estimado puede y va a variar en relación a la cantidad de trabajo que tenga por hacer.
El/la comprador/a tiene todo el derecho de un reembolso completo si han pasado más de 45 dÃas desde el pago inicial. Este no será el caso si el comprador deja de contactarme a propósito.
